Alert: Canada Post Service Disruption
Due to the postal disruption by Canada Post, mail delivery of BMO Nesbitt Burns statements, trade confirmations, and tax documents during the disruption will be impacted.
Please note: These documents will be stored in a secure facility until postal service resumes.
To avoid any disruption, we encourage clients to switch to our digital e-statement delivery services. To change your delivery preferences, follow these simple steps after logging into BMO Nesbitt Burns Gateway.
1) For Gateway Original Site: Select Account Settings from the top navigation. Then select the EServices tab. Enable Paperless delivery for Statements, eConfirmations and Tax Documents.
2) For Gateway 2.0: Select eDocuments from the top navigation. Then select the Document Preferences tab. Enable Paperless delivery for Statements, eConfirmations and Tax Documents.
